Wedding Package Includes:

The Vue (aka: the barn)

Built new in 2023. Finished with pine walls from local trees, tin ceilings, stained concrete floors, and numerous chandeliers to create the perfect balance of rustic farmhouse charm, beauty, and class!  The 1,200 SF lower level is great for dancing, food, drinks, and an intimate ceremony of up to 40 people. There is a full bathroom, a kitchenette/bar area with a full size fridge, ice machine, hot plate double burner, and a large toaster oven. The barn is heated and will remain warm as long as the doors are closed.  There is not A/C in the barn. However, there are several ceiling fans and mounted wall fans to keep a cool breeze circulating.

Outside Patio/Pool Deck

This area is mostly covered, has white string lights for added ambiance, ceiling fans, heaters, and is equipped with an outdoor kitchen/grill/sink area. If you are looking to expand your capacity beyond 40 people, you will need to utilize this area.  With its amazing views, it’s the ideal backdrop for the wedding ceremony if weather permits. However, because it is a covered space and there are options to put up sidewalls, it may still be a viable option even in inclement weather. The 10×10 canopy tents will snug up nicely along the side of the pool deck, expanding your outdoor mingling or dining space.

Bridal Suite (aka: Bougie Boondock Cabin) and Grooms Cabin (aka: The Rustic Escape) 

Enjoy our cabins with your best girls/guys as you prepare for your big day. These are also the cabins for bride and groom, wedding party, family, etc. to stay in if they choose. Note: We also have 3 additional options to accommodate overnight guests. The Airstream is an option, as well as 2 tiny homes that are next to the Bridal Suite Cabin. The Grooms Cabin is located in a slightly separate area on the property, but only about a 1-2 minute walk from the Bridal Suite Cabin. Both cabins are about a 30 second walk to the barn.

Food Prep Areas

There are a few options: 

1. The kitchenette is located in the barn, has counter space with a large toaster oven, a double hot plate, full size refrigerator and commercial ice machine. This space is also a great option for the bar.

2. The outdoor kitchen is located right outside the barn door on the pool deck/patio. It offers a deep stainless steel utility sink, counter/prep space and a large KitchenAid propane grill w/ side burners.

3. There is a 31 ft. vintage Airstream RV located directly behind the barn with easy access through the back barn door. It offers plenty of counter space, a medium size fridge, a sink, and a stove top oven.  There is also a bathroom in the RV. This can be used as a catering space or for the needs of any vendors, storage of wedding items, or as an additional wedding-party area.

Additional Wedding-Party Space

The loft located in the barn is a cozy space for the wedding party to lounge around in while waiting for the event to start. It has several oversized bean bag chairs, a foosball table, an Atari/PacMan arcade game, and a projector screen w/ Apple TV capability when connected to hotspot. Note: This area will be closed during the event and is NOT available for event guests to use. Any children in this area MUST be with an adult at all times. 

Also Included in Every Package:

  • Staff on site –   There will be an event manager on site to help answer any questions and assist as necessary.
  • Black Industrial Farmhouse Style Metal Chairs – 16 ct. (stackable)
  • Black Industrial Farmhouse Style Metal Bar Stools – 24 ct. (30 inch, backless, stackable)
  • Spool Tables – 3 large, round, bar height (each seats 8-10)
  • Misc. Patio Tables, Chairs, Furniture, etc. – Various patio items available for use or can be removed from the event area. We also have several insect repellent devices available for use.
  • Dining/Pool Table – This is a convertible table; It can be used as a buffet/serving table, or as a dining table that seats 8. It can be converted to a pool table once the reception/party starts if desired. 
  • Karaoke machine and large bluetooth speaker – With microphones
  • 1 Restroom – Located inside the barn. You may also offer use of the bathroom in the Airstream to the wedding party and/or vendors if you’d like to have a second bathroom option.
  • 1 -10X10 Tent – With solid white sidewalls or mesh screens (great for your DJ or additional dining space); additional tents available for $30/each.
  • Fire Pit  – For use in the evening hours; Stocked with wood and ready to light; Great for a s’mores bar!
  • Yard Games  – Cornhole, Washers, Ladder golf, etc. for added entertainment.
  • On-Site Parking – Close to the barn; We can help transport your guests with our double seater Tracker (aka: side-by-side) if needed.
  • Vendor Parking – Very close to the barn for your vendors’ convenience with set up.
  • Use of Venue for Engagement & Wedding Photos (by appointment)  
  • Use of Décor Items from our shareable inventory – LOTS of FREE decor to supplement your decorations for your big day!!

Capacity Details:

Maximum Capacity is 75 people. Depending on if it is an indoor, outdoor, or combination of both, we can accommodate around 40 people indoor, and up to 75 people for indoor/outdoor. When planning for an outdoor ceremony, we always talk about plan B in case of inclement weather in order to make your day go smoothly no matter what Mother Nature has in mind.

If choosing an indoor ceremony, the type of reception seating configuration determines this number. For example, you will be able to accommodate more people if you choose a cocktail party style reception as opposed to a sit down dinner. We discuss your final guest count closer to your event date and design a floor plan that is right for everyone. 

The outdoor space may still be an option even if the weather is not optimal.  The majority of the concrete pool deck area is covered and we offer side-walls that can be put up in order to shield from rain/wind. We also offer heaters and two 10×10 white party tents with sidewalls for additional space and coverage. Additionally, we have two other 12×10 canopies that include mesh screen walls for insect protection. 

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is due to secure your date. Balance is due 60 days prior to the wedding date. A refundable $500 damage deposit due the day before the wedding date. This will be refunded within 3 days after the event.

Elopement Package – $750

Includes the following:

  • 2 hours (indoor or outdoor ceremony… or on a horse!)
  • Picnic reception for 2 w/champagne or non-alcoholic bubbly
  • Wedding Officiant
  • Set up and simple decor
  • Bluetooth speaker for music

 Add-Ons:

  • 1 hour trail ride $100
  • Violinist $125 (2 hr. max)
  • Overnight Stay onsite in a cabin (prices vary)
  • Additional guests $20/person (up to 10 people)
